Has anyone read this yet? I haven't yet. I want to read it, but I think it's going to be sad to read Lestat's last adventure.

I haven't had a chance to read this one yet. But you are right about Lastat. If you had to pick your favorite character Who would it be? For me I would say Lasher, from The Witching Hour, Lasher, and Tale of the Body Thief.

Hard call, maybe Michael from The Witching Hour.

I have read Blood Canticle. I was kind of attached to the character Tarquin Blackwood. This book brings everything together from the witching Hour series and the vampire chronicles. The most interesting thing in the book is finding what happened to the Taltos, but it is put together too quickly for my taste. Read it anyway because it really doesn't just end. Michael and Julian toss up for favorite characters in Witching Hour. Favorite for the vampires, well Lestat of course. |

I have red Blood Canticle as well and i felt that the book didnt really "finish" for Lestat, no doubt in a few years some unknown author will try to revive Lestat, because im sure that his story will never really finish, he is to strong of a charcter to ever accept an ending, I think anyway. Evil is a point of view. God kills indiscriminately and so shall we. For no creatures under God are as we are, none so like him as ourselves
