Can Someone please identify this?

Perhaps a bit awkward to be asking this but I really did'nt know where else to turn.

Now, recently I have been getting weird letter, I don't know from who they are, I just know each and everyone has this mark on it.

Due to the usually vague and metaphorical texts I figured that this would probably be connected to an occult worship.
Usually I'm familiar with symbols like these but this one is just totally new to me and I hoped one of you people would recognize it.

Ah well, it would be great if someone could identify it or just post their comment on it (and no, its probably got nothing to do with the Dead KEnnedy's).
