ha- look he got pretty close to it. he'd done most of the movie when they decided to replace him with michael j. fox.

bet he never lived that down...

The movie just wouldn't have been the same. Michael J. Fox was brilliant in it.

Not really kid's movies, but I remember my dad watching these on BetaMax, and so I "grew into" these films also as a four year old:
