Fishing

I tried flyfishing once in Arkansas's white river. I couldn't do it. Then we took a boat with a guide and everyone was discussing lures and techniques when the guide took a cup of corn and threw it out on the side of the boat. All the sudden rainbow trout were everywhere. The guide laughed and said "you should be able to catch some now."

And he could fillet a trout in just a few seconds. Whenever I try to do that with a whole one from the grocery store, it looks like canned tuna by the time I've deboned it and "skinned" it.

I haven't eaten catfish ever since I read that they were bottom feeders and read what they eat. I heard catfish make a barking noise, is that true? Kind of ironic.
