i would like to know how to bypass my speed limitator or (governer) the 150cc moped seems to faint at 52mph i can feel the (motorbrake) when i put the gas at full trottle ...who is the wise guy that will help me ....my scooter is a pertutti 150 2006 with 300miles on it ...i think that it is a lifan motor!

you might need this. Just look at the pictures.
/www.motorcyclephilippines.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33814 Any speed variator can be restricted by a small washer behind the back plate holding the roller weights. It's the most common limiter in ANY scooter. |

As you've described it I think the limiter is actually electrical. Have you tried buying a new CDI or setting for lighter rollers?
