The group from the 80's that I really like is The Cars. Prince is pretty good too. When I was in highschool, I thought Led Zepplin was some old brokeup band that stoners listened to. Snowman turned me on to some of their music a few months ago. They're not bad. ;-)

From the 70's, I like that funk style.

I like Pink Floyd's The Wall song.

The greatest early rock bands are Queen, Aerosmith and Van Halen (with DLR).

I can't stand Rush ;-) or that REO Speedwagon group.

Coldplay rules!
I'm inclined to believe in parallel worlds filled with dark bound Snow and Odd adventures.

I love Rush.

Here are my top 5 bands/artists

5. Elton John
4. Queen
3. Rush
2. Tears for Fears
1. Aerosmith

And for the record, I love Van Halen, but I like Sammy Hagar better than DLR.

I love Elton John. Thanks for reminding me about him. I've been meaning to get his greatest hits for my ipod.

Diamond Dave vs. Van Hagar...of course, you and I would be in different Van Halen camps.

Tears for Fears...hmmmm...okay, I'll be nice.

ZZ Top might be in my top. There are so many to consider. It's hard to choose.

INXS..They're from the 80's too right? I love them too.
And Def Leppard. I have to stop.

What do you have against TEARS FOR FEARS Dnurse? They were no more corny than any other 80's bands, but they had better music.

ZZ TOP? Good band, but so 1 dimensional. All of their songs sound alike. The drummer knows 1 beat, and all the songs are based around it. Ugh, ok, I'll be nice.

Sammy Hagar had more respect for the music, his band mates, and life in general. Don't get me wrong, I love DLR. His SKYSKRAPER album is a top 10 album imo.

INXS was good.

Anyone else fans of U2 or Neil Diamond?
