I would definitely make a gift like pizzelle maker. Cause I do love pizzelles, especially on breakfasts. I've started doing them after I finished my cooking with waffles, and I'm tired of them. And what I can say for sure, is that best pizzelle maker is Cuisinart CPP (can be found over here: https://cozyhousetoday.com/best-pizzelle-maker-reviews/), cause this kitchen masterpiece can cook not just pizzelles, but also crepes, tortillas and blintzes.

There are a few general tools that most people might consider an "easy" gift, the kind of things everyone can always use, like another (decent) thermometer, an extra paring knife, a box of sharpies and rolls of his favorite tape. And of course, many people will just tell you that a good planner such as https://printsbery.com/planner-templates/meal/weekly is always a good gift.
