Yeah, it was a birthday present of cd's or something like that. She kept it in her car so her husband wouldn't find it. How convenient.

It was a good book that suffered from the same problems most of King's books do. He spends too long setting up the scene, building suspense and tension and doing a generally good job doing so. And then rushes to a conclusion that is unsatisfying to say the least.

That being said the book had a lot of interesting characters and a great villain with Big Jim. I liked the whole conflict within this small town and the police state it becomes due to the dome.
