BEARS vs. COLTS

What side are you on?

I think the pressure is all on Peyton Manning. How embarassing would it be if Rex Grossman gets a ring before "The Smartest Quarterback in the NFL?"

Let's get to it. It's time for all things Super Bowl, the game, the coaches, the teams, the halftime show, the tailgating food...

Colts all the way. I was never a huge fan of this team, but I want to see a former UT student win a Super Bowl. When they were playing the Patriots I was so scared near the end of the game, it was as if the Colts were a team I'd been watching for years and years. During the final Colts drive of the game, I kept saying, "This is it, Manning, the drive where you prove you can win the big games or not." I was so happy when they got the win. Go Peyton Manning. Go Colts. Lose Bears.

I don't think the Bears get enough credit. Sure, the stats show that they haven't seemed that great, but they have won when it matters, and that's all that matters.

The Bears haven't gotten any credit because they are just not that good of a team. Let's be honest. Yes, they have won some important games, but they won all of those games at home. And let's not forget that their quarterback is Rex Grossman. And the only real reason they made it this far is because the Saints (who really were the better team) absolutely blew it.

The is the most lopsided Super Bowl in a long time going into the game. And if the Bears actually pull it out and win it, then it will be one of the biggest upsets in Super Bowl History.

The Bears are big-time underdogs, and they totally deserve that status. I ain't "disrespectin'" or nuthin', that's just the truth, yo.

I thought the Eagles were a better team the year they played the Patriots in the Super Bowl. When they lost, I thought, they should have won, but they blew. If you are the better team, in my eyes, you wouldn't blow it. They had far more talent, and the ability to win, but the fact that they didn't means they were missing something. That something is most likely the mentality to win.

Don't get me wrong, Bears suck. The NFC just plain sucks. I would be routing for Manning no matter who had won. But I think the Bears deserve more credit than any of those NFC teams.

No argument there. I'm still shaking my head over how my Giants made it into the playoffs. The NFC was dismal this year, and it looks like it gets worse every year, if that's even possible.
