I really like Kate West's book "A Real Witch Book of Spells and Rituals" Janet and Stewart Farrah's "The Witch's Bible" Is an excellent source. Raymond Buckland's "The Wicca Workbook" (im not sure if thats the title) is a wonderful book. Packed full of information in easy to find and ordered chapters. At the end of each Chapter/Lesson there are like exam questions at the end to help you see how much you've learned.
These are my most favoured books and the ones I recommend to everyone. |

I've been interested in Wicca for several years now, and have just now been able to deeply explore it.(Living at home caused problems because my parents did not approve.)
I've always liked Silver RavenWolf's books, but now I am finding that most Wiccans hold her in contempt and she is not a very good source to go off of. I can see where they are coming from, and while I enjoy the books of hers I do own, and can filter out crap from fact, I was hoping some people could offer me some other books to look at for a beginning solitary witch. |
