	If you want to get technical about it, I'd say that the voice in your head is your own because it is coming from your brain. However, it is not the same voice that comes out of your mouth, as the sound that you hear as your own voice is what it is only because of how your ear processes it. Really it's just sound waves that mean nothing until it starts hitting the little hairs and such of your ear to be processed into something the brain registers. So if what comes out of your mouth is what it is because of how the ear processes, a voice that is internal to your brain can't be the same thing because it hasn't been processed by the ear.

	i use voice overs in my head. kinda like those japanese movies from the 70's.

	you ever watch most extreme elimanation challenge on spike tv? they have voice overs on that.its pretty funny.
