depends on whether or not that chinese engine was built from one of the old honda stamps that the chinese bought. not all parts are interchangeable, and the chinese products are very poor quality.

thanks for your reply donp. The first lifan I bought was a crashed mini chopper 48cc and I put the engine in a RM125 frame and registered it as a moped and its out of the bike atm moment but it been running for 3 years. I bought a brand new 90cc motor from lifan and after a month in the RM it broke the rear engine mount bolt and jambed the chain and put a hole in the crankcase. So I put the 48cc back in to soldier on. At one stage I bought a near new 110cc loncin minus sidecovers and put the head on the 48cc lifan. And I just bought another lifan engine thats had a chain break and wiped out the ignition pick-up and the flywheel was missing so I used the bits off the 90cc to fix it and it goes. I want the know about the honda flywheel cause Im planning to build a battery powered ignition with the magnetic pick-up in a better location away from the chain.

the studs the gp thru the barrel and thru the head are closer together on a 110 loncin than the 110 honda

honda has so many model variations that there are probably 10 different 110 engines. and parts are not interchangeable. i used to work for and race for honda. as far as i know, no one has ever done a model comparison between the chinese junk and the honda engines. the only ones i know of that are close are the panda trail 70;s which used the old ct70 stamps. and the new pioneer or jialing line which was made from the honda pa50 stamps.
