Microsoft Front Page is *very* user-friendly. I love that program, with all the templates, it just makes life too easy! But let me warn you...you will have a *very* hard time uploading everything. You have to upload every single file - including each image (from the buttons to the banners). Which takes FOREVER. (esp when you are using a free host, which is soo slow and often only allows the uploading of a few files at once). Is that making sense to you? Some forums off the top of my head: www.b2g2.com (what I use to have for my OLD deleted site) www.proboards.com (what I have now) That's all I can think of now..... I use to knwo a few more... Yes, I lost the majority of the stuff from my site oh all the pictures, the information (the hours i spent typing!), all the pretty pages formatted (I never used a template) -- almost everything! |

...frontpage...? please... that is one of the oldest most basic programs i know, the only plus side to it, is the fact that it makes everything in .htm format with text not images, so you can edit it with ms word later on... but if you really want something user freindly, with tutorials, and the most visually stunning graphics, i reccomend: Macromedia Studio MX try it out with the trial. www.macromedia.com |

heh, not everyone is a computer expert out here. Most people call them a advanced computer user when they found the power button (note: that was sarcastic), so frontpage is a good start to put things online. my website is entirely done in frontpage, and imo it looks quite alright too. Working with frontpage is as easy as working with word.
