Tara, mainly because she replaced Oz. Too bad Seth Green had to leave the show. I think his character was awesome.

Tara was one of my faves. Liked Oz too, it wasn't Amber's fault that the writers chose to replace him.

I loved Oz, and I was indifferent to Tara at first, but she became one of my favs too. She was so grounded and truly the most adult of all the characters. Her relationship with Willow was one of the most beautiful parts of the show, and her death truly saddened me.
